  The Chongqing International Consumer Products Expo and Meet Sichuan & Chongqing · International Procurement Fair has been held for two sessions, spanning a total area of 50,000 square meters. The event has drawn 600 renowned brands from 50 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Russia, South Korea, Singapore, Israel, Austria, Nepal, Pakistan, Chile, Uruguay, Malaysia, and Thailand. Additionally, brands from 30 provinces and municipalities across China have been involved. The event showcased 10,000 consumer products for on-site display and trading, facilitated trade matching with domestic and international purchasing groups, and achieved trading volume amounting to RMB 29.02 million, with a total signed amount of RMB 1.373 billion. This event has emerged as the most influential consumer goods exhibition in China's central and western regions, serving as a vital platform for global businesses to explore opportunities in the Chinese market and enabling Chinese companies to expand internationally.

    The 3rd Chongqing International Consumer Products Expo 2025 and Meet Sichuan & Chongqing · International Procurement Fair is set to take place from June 13 to 15, 2025, at the CQ International Convention & Exhibition Center. The event will emphasize the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and capitalize on Chongqing's geographic advantages at the intersection of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It aims to foster a new pattern of development that features positive interplay between domestic and international economic flows, promote the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, develop a hub for inland opening-up and an international consumer center city, and establish a new framework of Chongqing services + global markets. Themed Leading New Consumption: Global Consumption at One Stop, the event will continue to function as an international consumer goods display and trade platform, focusing on global consumer products and the introduction of new offerings. It seeks to bring together more high-quality consumer goods, global buyers and sellers, further expand international perspectives, deepen global cooperation and exchanges, explore new consumption trends, and foster the profound integration of global consumer brands and markets.

    III. Highlights

    (I) Land-sea domestic and international linkage: The event will bring together consumer brands and buyers from ASEAN countries, RCEP countries, and countries involved in the BRI, facilitating both inbound and outbound trade.

    (II) Development of an international consumer center city: By focusing on consumption trends, the event will introduce new products, invigorate market vitality, and contribute to the establishment of a new development pattern.

    (III) Chengdu-Chongqing economic collaboration: The event will promote the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle in China's western region in this new era.

    (II) Regional New Consumption Exhibition Area: This area will highlight local quality enterprises, renowned brands, and GI-certified products across China, displaying characteristic consumption scenarios and offerings through economic cooperation, cultural exchange, and market expansion.

   (III) High-quality Fashion Lifestyle Products Exhibition Area: This area will showcase an array of products including watches, trendy jewelry, fashion accessories, beauty and skincare products, home living items, personal care products, outdoor sports gear, mobile devices, smart home appliances, wearable technology, and gaming entertainment products.

   (IV) High-end Food Exhibition Area: This area will display imported foods, packaged foods, condiments, cooking oils, dairy products, healthcare products, meat products, organic foods, pet foods, snacks, fruits and vegetables, convenience foods, frozen foods, and self-heating foods;

    (V) Beverage and Leisure Drink Exhibition Area: This area will display a diverse selection of spirits, wines, coffee, tea, fruit-flavored drinks, drinking water, mineral water, and functional beverages.

  (VI) Time-Honored Brand Carnival: This area will display various provinces' time-honored brands with innovative offerings, intangible cultural heritage items, trendy cultural creations, coffee roasting, new tea drinks, trendy beverages, and assorted alcoholic drinks;

   (VII) Culinary Carnival: This area will feature high-end Western restaurants, international specialties, ethnic specialties, famous Chinese snacks, traditional handmade foods, 360 Chongqing-style dishes, trendy desserts, baked goods, specialty snacks, and internet-famous foods.

   Participants will include government departments, consulates, domestic and international trade associations, cross-border trade platforms, and import-export companies, as well as manufacturers, agents, traders, and purchasers from the consumer goods sector to facilitate trade matching.

The above advertising fees include production and publication costs.

      VIII. Participation Requirements

    Exhibitors must possess valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, legal product approval documents, and other relevant valid certificates. Food and healthcare product enterprises must provide production licenses, health licenses, quality inspection reports, and copies of these documents to the Organizing Committee.

       IX. Exhibition Procedures

      (I) Exhibitors should contact the Organizing Committee to sign exhibition contracts.

   (II) Payment of related fees must be made to the designated account of the Organizing Committee or submitted to the Office of the Organizing Committee within seven days.

     (III) The Organizing Committee will confirm participation upon receipt of the exhibition fee. Booth allocations will follow a "first pay, first served" basis until no booths are available.
